A/C SERVICE INCLUDES:
- • Check refrigerant
- • Oil motor(s) check safety/limits
- • Clean accessible evaporator coil
- • Clean condenser coil
- • Check thermostat
- • Clean condensate drain (no warranty)
- • Changing customer provided filter
- • Clean washable air filter clean effects or EAC
HEATING SERVICE INCLUDES:
- • Check refrigerant charge on Heat Pump
- • Check the thermostat & vent pipe
- • Check defrosts controls on Heat Pump
- • Oil motor check gas valve & gas pressures
- • Visual check of heat exchanger (for cracks)
- • Clean burners if needed
- • Check reversing and check valves on Heat Pump
- • Clean washable air filter clean effects or EAC
- • Changing customer provided filter
CONDITIONS OF OUR MAINTENANCE CLUB:
- Membership is to be paid monthly.
- Non-maintenance repairs at time of service will be at an additional charge with customer approval.
- Discounts DO NOT apply to the replacement of equipment.
- Condensate drains/leaks ARE NOT warrantied or guaranteed.
